Executives possess full administrative and operational authority across TrackRace. With this authority comes the responsibility to act fairly, professionally, and in the best interest of the organisation at all times. Executives must:
  • Lead by example in behaviour, professionalism, and decision-making.
  • Act impartially and without personal bias.
  • Remain calm and objective, particularly in high-pressure situations.
  • Be fully accountable for all actions and decisions taken.
Abuse or misuse of executive authority is considered a severe breach of trust.

Oversight & Governance Responsibilities

Executives are responsible for overseeing all TrackRace operations, including:
  • Staff conduct and disciplinary processes
  • Policy creation, revision, and enforcement
  • Administrative systems and permissions
  • Long-term planning and organisational structure
Executives must ensure that all policies are applied consistently and fairly across all staff ranks.

Staffing & Leadership Responsibilities

Executives are responsible for:
  • Appointing, promoting, demoting, and terminating Senior Management.
  • Reviewing the performance of Senior Management and Moderators.
  • Ensuring staff are adequately trained and supported.
  • Intervening when leadership failures or systemic issues are identified.
Executives must not:

  • Undermine the authority of Senior Management publicly.
