Skip to main contentDisciplinary Guidelines
If a complaint is submitted regarding a TrackRace staff member violating this Code of Conduct, members of the Internal Affairs and Staffing **Department **will conduct a formal investigation.
Investigations may include:
- Evidence collection (logs, recordings, screenshots)
- Statements from involved parties
- Review of staff actions and decisions
During an active investigation, the staff member may be placed on temporary suspension from all TrackRace-related duties. This is not an admission of guilt and remains in effect until the investigation is concluded.
Once completed, Internal Affairs will determine the appropriate disciplinary action based on the findings.
Any arguments, harassment, or misconduct involving TrackRace—whether in-game, on Discord, or externally—may result in immediate termination.
Toxic group chats, defamation, or “shittalking” involving TrackRace, its staff, or its community are strictly prohibited and may result in an unappealable termination.
Reporting Misconduct
If you feel harassed, abused, or unfairly treated, you must submit a report through TrackRace’s official support or ticketing system.
Do not privately message random staff members, as this may prevent the issue from being handled properly.
Disciplinary Appeals
Staff members who believe they have been unfairly warned, suspended, demoted, or terminated may submit an appeal through official TrackRace channels.
- Appeals from Senior Management are handled internally by Executive-level staff.
- Appeals from Track Crew or Moderators must be submitted through the official appeal form.
All appeal decisions are final once reviewed.
Punishment Levels
Disciplinary actions may include:
- Informal Warning – Minor issues, not formally logged.
- Formal Warning – Logged disciplinary action for serious or repeated violations.
- Suspension – Temporary removal from staff duties and permissions.
- Demotion – Reduction in rank due to incompetence or misconduct.
- Termination – Removal from TrackRace staff roles.
Repeated offences or refusal to correct behaviour will significantly increase the likelihood of termination.
